Sharps Bedrooms was a subsidiary of HomeForm Group, which entered administration in June 2011. In July 2011, Sharps was purchased out of administration by the private equity firm Sun Capital Partners. This is because it was the most viable business, within the group.

Sharps Bedrooms design and manufacture fitted bedroom and home office furniture. Customers can either request a brochure, free home design visit, or view the products at one of their nationwide network of showrooms.
