Cachet Hospitality Group ("CHG") is a lifestyle branding and management company with offices in New York, Shanghai and Bangkok. With numerous projects under development, CHG is focused on establishing properties in Greater China, Southeast Asia and the Americas. Cachet Hospitality Group was co-founded by hotel industry veteran Alexander Mirza and American investor and entrepreneur Robert Roche in May 2013. Mr. Roche continues to serve as the company's Chairman. Other founding senior executives of the company included David Laris, Kimy Chen, Yvonne Choi, Martin Key and Aaron Griffiths.

History

2014

Cachet acquired the rights to the URBN hotel brand from its founders Scott Barrack and Jules Kwan adding the brand to its portfolio. Cachet opened 7 properties and signed an additional 10 hotel contracts in markets including Shanghai, Bangkok, Chengdu, Wuhan, Los Cabos, Phuket, Kunming, Shaoxing and New York.

2016

Cachet was recognized as an up and coming hotel group by Magazine Boutique Design, whose previous winners included Dream Hotel Group and Starwood Capital. Cachet raised convertible debt capital from former Hilton board member John Notter, DMAC Vice Chairman Farooq Arjomand and Merchants Hospitality in only its 3rd and 4th years respectively with properties open and under development in China, Thailand, the U.S. and Mexico.

2017

Cachet negotiated an Asia-Pacific joint venture with Wahlburgers, Cachet, and Cachet investor Farooq Arjomand.

Increased to total of 14 properties under contract including Shanghai, Bangkok, Chengdu.
